ATENTION:
We, the Hells Angels from Brazil, one recognized part of the Hells Angels world, will take this oportunity to explain the problem that we have with the people who use our logo.
After the Second World War, a group of ex-combatents of the american air force, united for the same ideal they've created a club. They were angels who came out from the hell of war. The airplanes was replaced by motorcicles and the symbol was nothing else then the wings of its origin, freedom and the skull the symbol of the war. The ideology have grown as the friendship between them, one unit where the respect and the character are the focus of this family.
In all this years that Hells Angels exists, we met people with tattoos, stickers, shirts, hats and other ilegal stuff using our brand. People dont know how the name and the logo are just alowed to be used by the members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.
To become a Hells Anges, the way is painfull and its necessary a endless pacience to be recognized as member of the family.
All of us, hate to see people that are not part of the club, walking around with the same tattoos, symbols, or the same colours (red and white) with similliars typing that we use, without loosing a single drop of sweat for that. We dont like anybody who can be confused with one of us, and our ideals, just because they have our symbols in their body, painted, stamped in anything or anywhere. We know that this people use it just for unknowledgment but they dont have a clue of the damage they cause to us, when, for example, they are involved in a fight wearing anything from the Hells Angels, in the end everything reflect about us.
For this reason and to prevent problemas like this, we'd like to inform that all items stated above are exclusive property of the Club and are registered brands, the use inapropriated and not authorized is suject to legals punitions.
We count on your colaboration to understand our point of view to the biggest amount of people, this will avoid future headaches and unecessary dialogs with does people, and save our bad feelings with does who liked us from the first time. If you like us, why dont you help us instead of showing of symbols that dont belong to you and you dont have the rights to use. If you like ot have a skull in your body, with the red and white typing, we are sure that you'll find other stuff then ours. In any case, what matter is, we dont like everyone who are not member of the club wearing our skull with horns on the hellmet, our typings red and white and the name Hells Angels in anywhere. We'll defend what its our by right.
As long as people have carachter and moral, will exist free mans like us.
